3 Truths and 2 Lies About Most Effective Hydration

Here you are doing ALL the ‘right things’ yet  your body and mind aren’t working in harmony and you may in fact be harming your health! WHAT? HOW? 

Here are a few ‘Facts’ that are actually false. 

Your body needs 8 glasses of water a day. Lie #1-If our body doesn’t have the nutrients that it needs then our cells cannot integrate the water molecules. If we get the correct molecules integrated into our body then toxins cannot adhere to our cells and we stay healthier. Our body doesn’t process water from H2O water form as well as gel, even if we are getting it injected or infused. So if we are drinking 8 glasses a day, our body doesn’t get that amount. Our body actually works harder to convert that water into a gel (so we are burning more fluid) so we are able to block out toxins and utilize water in its  purest form. What’s even more crazy is that drinking too much water will flush out  minerals and vitamins that we need in our body, leaving us malnourished even if you’re eating and doing everything the way that you’ve been told is healthy.

Drinks that advertise that they have ‘added’ nutrients we need,-our body are not  able to use those. The e molecules in these drinks are too big for our cells to absorb and integrate. We often cause malnutrition in our own bodies by drinking too many of these processed beverages, because  these fortified foods and drinks flush out essential nutrients from our body! What’s even more crazy is that drinking too


3 Truths (Tips) to Best Hydrate Yourself

  1. Eat organic fruit and veggies . Already in gel form, consuming anic food and drinks keeps you hydrated and reduces chemicals that  dehydrate you.

  2. Eat for hydration! Eatmore meats or dryer type foodswill most likely  dehydrate you

  3. Drink water with chia seeds.he seeds absorb water and turn into a gel form.eeps your body from having to convert water to gel,and allows time release water for you when you need it

One of the biggest reasons behind dehydration is that the human body can become dehydrated more quickly than most people think. It takes only a 2% loss of total water content for your body to start feeling thirsty. According to Gerald Pollack of the Fourth Phase of Water, once you’re at this point, your body is already in a state of dehydration. This increases the likelihood of experiencing a variety of symptoms that have been scientifically linked to fluid loss, such as:

  • Dry mouth, lips, and eyes-this is one of the last signs of dehydration and usually close to the last one

  • Dizziness or lightheadedness

  • Fatigue

  • Passing small amounts of urine infrequently

  • Vomiting

  • Headaches

While these symptoms are telltale signs that an individual isn’t drinking or getting the right fluids, they can quickly lead to more severe repercussions as a result of chronic dehydration. According to Gerald Pollack and his recent studies, this includes:

  • High blood pressure

  • Joint pain and muscle damage

  • Fever

  • Hyponatremia

  • Kidney stones
