
Individual Training
Our Commitment is to Your Results.
Individual sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length. The first session is always free and consists of an assessment and program design. There is a discounted rate for individual sessions if the client is on a contract for fit camp classes or if the member is training more than one time per week. Sessions can be split in half as needed. Nutritional Counseling is also included with all individual training packages.

Includes one-on-one individual training with Scott Goldberg, the Personal Training Director.
